Is It an Anxiety or a Panic Attack?

In many instances,an attack may be generated by things that may never come to pass but the mind will still conjure up unease and exasperation.

Many people with a mild generalized anxiety disorder can live out their normal life with small changes in their life. They may have trouble focusing and their constant worrying and nitpicking at loved ones could interfere with their personal relationships.
Severe cases of principle anxiety disorder can find themselves unable to function in society, not able to keep employment, go out for fun with friends, or even go outside of the home at all.
People suffering from panic disorder live out their lives constantly awaiting the next attack. They may try to avoid certain locations or situations in case they could be caught with nowhere to escape to if an attack came on. Thoughts of embarassement and the unknown can often cause an attack in itself with the mere anticipation.
Many sufferers spend too much time trying to sift through every physical sensation that they experience in an effort to catch an attack before the onslaught.
A big consideration with many who suffer from the principle anxiety disorder is with all of the distressing and fretting, they can bring on the onslaught of a full blown attack. In situations where there is a small cause for alarm, this can be exaggerated into an all out disturbance they can no longer handle.
If they are nervous about being caught in similar situations, there could be attacks of terror in the future. This is why when cases are extreme people often feel afflictions much like panic disorder although not as severe or long lasting.
